Accessibility

Our Policy & Commitment

At Arete Financial and Legal Solutions, we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to ensure that our digital properties are accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability. In doing so, Arete has a goal to comply with applicable accessibility standards included in the W3C’s WCAG guidelines and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Digital Accessibility Statement

We are working to ensure our websites and online services are accessible for all, and are committed to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We are also firmly dedicated to complying with regulations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable web accessibility laws.

To accomplish this, we are working with Rennacker Studio and other organizations to leverage their expertise in accessible digital design and their years of experience to achieve and sustain conformance to accessibility standards. This digital accessibility initiative is used to evaluate our digital properties in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users with disabilities.

Through our partnerships, Arete Financial and Legal Solutions will continue to develop a digital accessibility program and capabilities that we are designing, developing, and testing our websites and online services for conformance to accessibility standards.

Assistive technology and browser compatibility

We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and MAC users.
